Tonto Wigo Charity Dikeh is one of Nollywood’s most popular actress. Tonto has been making news headlines since the year began and has showed no sign on stopping. The actress’ most talked about controversy revolves around her saga with ex lover Kpokpogri.
In July, Tonto and her politician boyfriend parted ways following the leak of an audiotape which had Kpokpogri confessing to cheating on Tonto Dikeh. Their split was preceded by a hullabaloo that lasted months and saw the one time couple accusing each other of cheating.

We dated for barely three months and it was more or less a living hell! So much has happened in such little time that I overlooked it for the sake of the so-called relationship and my sanity.
Kpokpogri had said while speaking about his relationship with Tonto and the circumstances surrounding their breakup.

During the course of their hullabaloo, Tonto Dikeh mentioned that Kpokpogri had possession of Instagram dancer, Janemena’s sex tapes....this leads us to our next controversial celebrity on

Janemena is perhaps Nigeria’s most popular Instagram dancer, the twerk star who is married to her perceived quite husband was caught up in the web of Tonto Dikeh and Kpokpogri’s break up drama.
After Tonto Dikeh mentioned Janemena’s sexual activities with Kpokpogri was recorded, the Instagram dancer and clothing entrepreneur debunked the claim stating that she has only met Prince Kpokpogri on just two occasions and they were during public gatherings. Prince Kpokpogri also debunked the rumors with bold claims that he and Janemena are family friends and they have been so for years.

Janemena called out Tonto Dikeh on several occasions and demanded an apology for involving and laying false claims against her; a demand Tonto Dikeh stubbornly refuses to adhere to. The duo sued each other to court for damages, although we are yet to see the outcome of the court cases.
The Nigerian social media space was however sent into a frenzy after Instagram blog, Gistlover leaked an audiotape were Kpokpogri confessed to sleeping with Janemena despite her being married. The leaked audio tape was followed up with another leaked video clip of Janemena and Kpokpogri’s alleged sex tape.

Bobrisky is perhaps the most talked about cross dresser in Nigeria. Idris Okuneye as his birth name goes hasn’t left the media space since the year began. From one blog headline to the other, it is safe to say Bobrisky owned the year 2021 in terms of messy situations and public impressions. The self acclaimed Mommy of Lagos started the year with fan empowerment where he gave out money to fans who had him tattooed on parts of their body. Tattooing celebrities soon became a trend in Nigeria after Bobrisky noticed his fans who did it. It however soon turned sore for the cross dresser after fans who he had helped started calling him out for maltreatment and making fake and unfulfilled promises.

Another big controversy involving Bobrisky this 2021 was his beef with former best friend, Tonto Dikeh. Following Tonto Dikeh’s messy split with former boyfriend and in the midst of her lows on social media, Bobrisky took delight in throwing shades at her alleging Tonto was a wicked soul and owed her lots of money.
It wasn’t long after her beef with Tonto that an Instagram jeweler called her out for owing her money and accused the cross dresser of buying golds on credit.

Oye Kyme, Bobrisky’s former PA specially took to Instagram to also drag the cross dresser for being a liar and living a fake life.

Gistlover And Bobrisky’s beef would take the spotlight of the cross dresser’s major beef this 2021. Gistlover dragged Bobrisky severally on Instagram exposing him with receipts. Gistlover and Bobrisky exchanged verbal blows on Instagram which at one point led to each other their call lines public.

Veteran actress Annie Idibia and her musician husband 2Baba were in the spotlight this year after Annie went on Instagram to call out 2Baba for allegedly cheating on her with his 1st baby mama, Pero.

2Baba’s younger brother however came to his defense while bashing Annie Idibia. It was insinuated that Annie was a violent wife who has assaulted 2Baba on different occasions even in public. 2Baba till this day has not said a word concerning the controversy but he has however been spotted with his wife severally in public places.

Just recently, Tiwa Savage’s sex tape with mystery boyfriend was leaked by an unidentified figure following her revelation on US hip hop and RnB radio that she was being blackmailed with her sex tape.

Few weeks after her shocking revelation, the sex tape was made available to the public through social media blogs. Tiwa faced heavy criticism by the public for stooping so low to be involved in such childish hullabaloo. Popular figures like Sonia Ogiri and Shade Ladipo rained abuses on Tiwa Savage stating acted to immature to record such a private thing as sex in her age. The public also slammed Tiwa Savage for letting herself be taped during such an awkward activity.

Rudeboy and his wife of seven years, Anita Okoye sparked divorce rumors following the circulation of a court document of Anita Okoye allegedly demanding for divorce from Rudeboy.
The alleged marriage crash of Rudeboy and his wife was backed up with claims of Anita Okoye moving out of her matrimonial homes with their kids to the US.
