Davido gifts Ayefele bundles of N1,000 notes
On loan champions league winner, Philippe Coutinho has confirmed that his future is up in the air after he won the prestigious trophy with Bayern Munich.
Recall that Coutinho was an integral part of Liverpool team before he moved to Barcelona in a whopping €160 million; thus making him the world's second most expensive player at the time.
However, he won two LaLiga titles but without being a regular starter for Barcelona. For this reason, he went on loan to Germany's number one football club, Bayern Munich where he eventually won his first champions league trophy.
The Brazilian who won the trophy for the first time may likely take the Champions League winner's medal back to the Camp Nou, thus making up for his bad start with the Catalan giants.
In an interview with Movistar+ after Sunday's final, he said:
Of course, I have to go back to Barcelona and then we'll see what happens.
I haven't really thought about it much, I've only been focused on the final.
What I can say is that I really want to work hard to have a great year, but let's see what happens.
Finals are always like this. They are defined by the smallest of details.
We have controlled our emotions and now we are champions. We had a great season and we are very happy.
We've deserved this and it's a special feeling.
I'm finding it hard to describe, I'm very happy and we are going to enjoy this a lot today.
