Daniel 'Dan' Foster also known as 'The Big Dawg' and 'Top Dawg' is dead.
Dan Foster was born in Washington, America but relocated to Nigeria in 2000 where he worked with notable radio stations. During this period (2000 - 2020), he transformed the lives of many through his inspirational morning shows. For this reason, he is considered by many Nigerians as the grandmaster of radio.
Dan Foster was confirmed to have died from the dreaded COVID-19 on Wednesday, June 17, 2020. Before his death, he was the host of The Morning Show on Classic FM, Lagos.

Dan Foster was honored by the renowned City People Awards as the Media Person of the year in 2004 and 2005 respectively.
He was also the pioneer and director of the popular and annual Cool FM Praise Jam concerts that commenced in 2004, with a total of over 22,000 people in attendance.
