Ighalo's initial loan deal was meant to end on May 31, 2020; but with both clubs reaching an agreement, the 31-year-old Nigerian will now remain at his boyhood dream club until January 31, 2021, with hopes of building on his impressive start for the red devils.

Recall that Odion Ighalo scored a total of four goals in eight appearances for United. The goals were recorded in his three starts for Manchester United against Club Brugge, Derby County (scored twice) and LASK respectively.
