Lille FC and Super Eagle's forward, Victor Osimhen has announced the death of his father via his twitter handle @victorosimhen9.

The 21-year-old forward broke the sad news on Sunday, 24th May. He wrote:

RIP DAD 😭😭😭😭😭💔

No words to describe this feeling 😭😭😭

However, the cause of his father's death is yet to be disclosed.

Recall that Osimhen had lost his mom during his early years. It was his struggling father who managed to cater for him and his six siblings.
